Hi Joely!

Thanks for your email!! Here is a quick and easy pasta recipe that I LOVE!!!

Pasta with Balsamic Sweet Peppers

Red Peppers
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Your favorite pasta

Take any amount of red pepper that you think you would like for how ever much pasta you would like. If you are cooking one pound of pasta I would get about 6 or 7 red peppers. Cut the red peppers in long strips. Place on a cooking sheet. Add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and about 1/2-3/4 cups of balsamic vinegar. Put in the oven at 350 for about 2 hours. Once the peppers are really you can put them under the broiler for 1 - 2 minutes if you like them a little crunchy/brownish. You can add a little no salt tomatoe sauce, or not. Mix with your favorite pasta! YUMMMMYYYY!!!!!!!
